I have been frequenting businesses in El Paso for a long time. So believe me when I tell you you're going to truly get quality service at this shop. They go above and beyond any reasonable expectation you might have. Don't believe me, go there FIRST and save yourself the time and money you're going to waste somewhere else.

I've always had reservations about buisnesses I've never been to or have limited knowledge about so I was very uneasy at first. I brought a brand new Tesla here and let me tell you without any mental reservations whatsoever, I am extremely glad I did.

Chet is a true magician when it comes to paint less dent repair (PDR). His resume conducting this type of service will likely supercede or come very close to how long you've been alive. Bottom line, if Chet can't do it, it can't be done. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has minor dents, hail and even tough crease type damage. I needed my car to be fixed and ready in a very small window of time and they managed to not only fix my car within that time frame, but did an excellent job at fixing my hail damage. I got a really good price and Tanya and the owner were extremely helpful and kept in good and constant contact with me to make sure I was up to date with what was happening with my car. As I mentioned, I was very satisfied with their work and definitely recommend any one to do business with them as far as hail damage as that's the only experience I have with them. I am definitely coming back here should I ever get hail damage again. A few family members saw the before and after of my car and they agreed they did a great job. One has hail damage and he will be coming here to get his truck fixed as well. P.S. I cannot stress how helpful Tanya was. This place is awesome! A professional and extremely knowledgeable staff that has a huge focus on customer service. Tania, not sure if I spelled her name right, called me often with updates on every detail about what was being done to my car and with updates from my insurance while it was there for repairs. On top of that, they were really accurate with the time frames on when my car would be ready. Most important though, my car came out amazing!!! There was no evidence of any hail damage left and a lot of the original paint came out looking like glass! They also fully detailed my car after. Inside and out! Looks better than new! The owner, Chet, even took the time to buff out a paint transfer from a yellow pillar that jumped out and hit my car several months ago! I can't praise this place enough! I took my car in because someone hit my car on the front left side of my vehicle, and had a massive dent repair, I took my car to El Paso Dent Repair, and the owner Chet Williams took good care of my car and did a wonderful job on my 2005 Honda Civic, I was amazed on how well he matched the color because my car has a very rare paint, but he nailed it when I saw my car after the repair I was amazed how my car looked, it was amazing! Not only did El Paso Dent Repair do a great job on my vehicle, he also worked with the Geico Adjuster, in letting him know how my car was coming along and how much longer he had to work on my vehicle, & my car rental. Extremely satisfied! My Lexus had hail damage from the recent hail storm. I was careful and did my research on different shops because you hear about these pop up shops or out of town companies that will come in, and take your money. I stopped in to visit El Paso Dent Repair, and was very impressed with everyone and everything I saw. The owner Chet came out and gave me a tour of the facility and introduced me to all of the hard working staff in the shop, showed me around, explained the process for repair, was very informative and knowledgeable and has many years of experience. There were many vehicles, a lot of nice higher end vehicles in the shop being repaired which also made me feel comfortable leaving my Lexus. I picked it up today and my suv is looking brand new!! Better than ever! Hands down, They did a great job. Over all experience was excellent.. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I chose this shop to repair some 30-40 hail dings on the hood of my F350 as well as three other PDRs on the top edge of the truck bed. This shop made me a great deal since I was paying out of pocket and not using insurance and coordinated a three-step exterior detail after the work was done. I use this truck in the oilfield industry and can honestly say it hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the dealer's lot back in September 2014. A great group of guys and gals working there and very customer focused!!!

Chet did a great job with my keep wrangler. I've had one of the infamous "mirror dents" in the fender of my wrangler jk for many years now; I recently tried to fix myself, but ended up making it worse. Chet had it fixed in about an hour and even corrected all the extra issues I caused from my attempts. Completely paintless repair and pricing was fair. I highly recommend this place.

They are true magicians... Every where I went, they wanted to do paint filler and clear coat match.. Not this business, they were confident and strategic in their work and were able to PDR. Every other place wanted to keep me car all day or over night. They were able to complete within 3 hours. Will be going back once I get matching touch up paint to finish up the work, and to take another vehicle to them to fix a dent.

I have had my truck repaired by them on two separate occasions and both repairs were excellent. Even better was the amazing detailing of my vehicle they did along with the repairs. They do more than just repair door dings and dents and go above and beyond to make sure the customer has a great experience with them.

Amazing service, door took a dent at 840am called them soon as they opened. Took my truck in and it was good as new in an hour. Very professional and friendly staff. Even let me go in their back and watch the process. Hands down the best service in el paso.
